As part of the process, we also conduct functionality checks on windows, doors, blinds, and water taps to ensure everything is in working order. Keys are recorded, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors tested, and meter readings taken for full transparency.

To ensure a smooth start for your tenants, our Clerk will personally meet and greet them on their tenancy start date, guiding them through the property and completing the check-in with a professional and welcoming approach.

Check Out Inventory

The Check-Out inspection takes place at the end of a tenancy, with our Inventory Clerk carefully comparing the current condition of the property against the original Inventory and Check-In report.

This service is crucial, as it highlights any changes, damages, defects, or cleaning omissions. At Alpha Inventory Service, our experienced clerks provide a fair and detailed assessment, categorising each issue as fair wear and tear, maintenance, or tenant liability. This ensures clarity and transparency when determining whether the tenant’s deposit should be withheld or returned.

To complete the process, all keys are collected and securely returned to the letting agency.
